Evelyne has developed skills in both integrated chain structures (Trained in Six Sigma methodology within Starwood) and voluntary chains (Small Luxury hotels, Relais et châteaux, Leading hotels of the World ) where she held positions of General Manager.

To then join a recruitment firm and develop the recruitment area in deluxe hotels and catering in France and Internationaly.
Building on her experience, Evelyne, surrounded by a team of experts in graphology, certified trainers ,quality auditors...decided to create AltiSo Consulting in order to provide to Deluxe hotels and Resorts the best service in recruitement and "head hunting".
